Some of the UK’s largest property companies have revealed the pay disparity between men and women within their organisations, as the deadline for complying with new government regulations draws near.
Of the major property firms that have published their figures so far, housebuilder Barratt Developments had the largest mean gender pay gap at 51.5%, and British Land the highest median at 42.2%.
