Despite industry backing, the commercial portal did not hit its growth targets.
The online platform – which was aimed at small and medium-sized businesses looking for office, retail or industrial space – had some well-known industry backers.
It raised £1.5m from investors, including JLL’s former European head Robert Orr and M7 Real Estate, in October 2016. At that point, the website had more than 20,000 listings from a wide range of landlords and agents, including Knight Frank, British Land and Cushman & Wakefield.
