Glenn Maud’s Propinvest has bought the Bolton Gate Retail Park on St Peter’s Way in Bolton for £30.5m

The 101,000 sq ft (9,383 sq m) property, which was built in 1997, was sold by Legal & General. The park is let to Currys, PC World, Carpetright, Harveys, Sleepmasters, Hobbycraft and Pizza Hut, at rents around £13.50/sq ft (£145.31/sq m). The park has part open A1 planning permission.

The property is adjacent to a 122,000 sq ft (11,334 sq m) B&Q retail warehouse that Propinvest acquired from LaSalle Investment Management earlier in the year.

HP Four acted for Propinvest and Stockford Staunton acted for Legal & General.
