Proptech firm MRI Software buys Thesaurus Technology

Global proptech firm MRI Software has acquired Thesaurus Technology which specializes in cloud-based software for residential sales and lettings agents.

The acquisition will allow MRI to reach smaller and medium-sized property agents, the firm said, connecting them with its software suite covering everything from property management to investment modelling and analytics platforms.
