PRS REIT posts maiden results following £250m IPO

PRS REIT has posted its maiden results since its IPO last year reporting a net asset value of £245.5m.

Since its initial £250m float in May 2017, the company has secured a further £450m from a £200m loan and a second round of funding last month which raised £250m.
