Private rented sector specialist PRS REIT has acquired four new sites across the North West with plans to deliver 464 new family rental homes for a gross development cost of £68.2m.
In the larger deal, the REIT has acquired development sites in Walkden, Salford and Knowsley, Merseyside at which it will now begin development of 240 homes with completion expected in the first half of 2020. Countryside has been appointed as construction partner on the sites with Sigma, the REIT’s investment advisor, managing both schemes.
