Prupim has appointed David Morris as director of property development.
Morris will start on 1 June and will lead the development team in identifying and delivering development opportunities across all the major property sectors around the UK.
Morris said: ‘I relish the enormous challenge of this role and my immediate focus will be on driving even more value from our clients’ existing assets and capitalizing on new business opportunities arising in the current market.’
Morris, who has worked at Knight Frank and Hillier Parker in his 15-year career, joined Prupim’s development team in 2007.
He succeeds Bob Radley, who is retiring after 40 years at Prupim.
Peter Best, head of asset management at Prupim, said: ‘David’s role will be to exploit real estate development opportunities and projects which can offer long-term, sustainable returns for our institutional investors.’
