Prupim, acting on behalf of the Prudential Assurance Company, has prelet the top floor at Minster Court 2 in the City of London to insurance company Tokyo Marine Global.
It has agreed a 10 year lease with a five-year review at a rent of £52.50/sq ft. Spring4 and CB Richard Ellis represented Prupim and Noble Harris represented
In February Prupim sold its 50% interest in 3 Minster Court to Spanish bank Banco Santander for around £111m. The bank
bought the 50% stake on behalf of three of its funds at a yield of 5.75%. The other half of the building is owned by German fund manager Bankhaus Woelbern.
