Prupim’s Asia Property hat-trick

LaSalle Investment Management and Prupim have bought the third property in a $1.4bn (£689m) trio of investments for their Asia Property Fund. The 30-storey Prudential Tower in Singapore follows the purchases this month of Tennoz First Tower in Tokyo and a 50% stake in Westfield Doncaster in Melbourne, Australia.
