Stanhope, Mitsui Fudosan and AIMCo have completed on a 212,000 sq ft letting at Television Centre to Publicis Media, in the biggest London office letting in the year to date.
In a deal originally agreed in May, Publicis Media has let space across all seven floors of the new office building at the former BBC Television Centre with each of its agency brands – Starcom, Zenith, Digitas, Spark Foundry, Blue 449 and Performics – taking space on separate floors. The offices at Television Centre are now 100% let with The White Company and BBC Worldwide also having headquarter space in the complex.
