Quadrant bolsters its business with double hire

Quadrant has appointed Cynthia Leung as partner in its offices team and Kier Bothwell as an associate partner in its development team.

Leung, who will work on a variety of landmark projects, joins Quadrant from Canary Wharf Contractors where she held the role of design manager and oversaw several complex residential, retail, education, sports and healthcare projects.
