Quadrant Estates has got the green light for just under 100,000 sq ft of offices at Eureka Park in Kent.

It has won planning from Ashford Borough Council for the second phase of the Northdown development, four buildings totaling 64,000 sq ft.

It has also secured Basepoint as the first occupier for the development and got the go ahead for three new buildings to be constructed by the ACT foundation, totaling around 34,000 sq ft, for the company.

Eureka Business Park has approval for over 1.25m sq ft of office and retail accommodation.

Judith Armitt, managing director of Ashford’s Future, said: ‘The continued expansion of Eureka Park takes Ashford a step closer to being one of the biggest business hubs in the South East.’

The letting agents are Knight Frank and Martine Waghorn. Quadrant Estates’ joint venture partner Trinity College Cambridge is represented by Bidwells.
