QuadReal and Round Hill make Dublin BTR buy for JV debut

QuadReal and Round Hill Capital Northwood Santry Dublin

QuadReal Property Group and Round Hill Capital have agreed to forward purchase a 216-bed build-to-rent development in Dublin to mark the first investment of its Irish residential-focused joint venture.

The scheme, located in the Northwood, Santry area of the Irish capital, represents the JV’s first BTR acquisition in Ireland and is being developed by Cosgrave Property Group. 

It comprises of three one-bed, 195 two-bed and 18 three-bed apartments across three separate six-storey buildings. There is a landscaped courtyard and the garden links directly onto Santry River Park and onto Santry Demesne Park. Residents are expected to take occupancy at the scheme from Q3 2019.
