Space dedicated to food & beverage (F&B) outlets has risen to 25% in several key UK high streets, with the growth predicted to continue according to Colliers International.

In a report shared exclusively report with Property Week, Colliers EMEA research team found a continued year-on-year increase in eating out expenditure across Europe over the last 12 months with a further 1% increase expected by 2025. It predicted that by that time, more than a third of food spend will go on eating out, as opposed to grocery retail and home cooking.
