Columbia Threadneedle Investments has completed the final four lettings at its mixed-use scheme on the Southbank of the River Thames, including deals with Zoopla and Rush Hair and Beauty.
Courage Yard is situated on the former site of the Courage Brewery close to Tower Bridge and the Thames Path Walkway in south London. The final four tenants to sign-up for the 30,000 sq ft mixed-use public space which incorporates cafes, shops and pop-up events in Shad Thames are Skinsmiths, Rush Hair and Beauty, The Watch House and online estate agency Zoopla.
