Greek casino operator Queenco Leisure has raised €111m (£76m) through an initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange. Financial Times

Queenco operates and manages two of Greece’s nine licensed casinos: Club Hotel Casino Loutraki and Casino Rodos, as well as Casino Palace in Romania. Club Hotel Casino Loutraki is about 80 km from Athens and attracts nearly 1 million gamblers a year.

Dror Mizeretz, chief executive, said: 'The capital raised will aid the next stage in Queenco Leisure’s evolution, as we continue to build our existing operations . . . and expand into new emerging markets such as the Czech Republic and Bulgaria.'
