Quinlan Private has completed the £69m purchase of Marlow International in Buckinghamshire.

The Irish company announced the deal for the purchase of the 230,000 sq ft (21,367 sq m) office in Marlow today. News of the deal was first reported in Property Week (news 17.11.06). It reflects a yield of about 6%.

Quinlan is believed to have beaten rival bids from LaSalle Investment Management, Mapeley and Blackstone.

Tenants include US business information company Dun & Bradstreet, French water solutions company Veolia and US pharmaceutical company Allergen.

Jim Johnston, managing director of business parks at vendor Macquarie Goodman said the office was ‘not core’ to its UK business park fund.

Letting agents on the scheme are Knight Frank and Parkinson Brown.
