Quinlan Private Golub and Spirit International have secured a host of retail tenants at its Galeria Podlaska shopping mall in Bialystok, Poland.

Pet retailer Zoo Natura, perfume retailer Doudla, and fashion retailers Coccodrillo and Vertus had agreed to take a total of around 10,000 sq ft at the €18m (£12m) centre which is still under construction.

Galeria Podlaska is the first joint venture between developer Spirit International, and Quinlan Private Golub, which is one of the largest development companies in the central and Eastern European region.

Construction of the 183,000 sq ft centre, which was deisgned by Broadway Malyan, began last year and will complete in November. The mall’s anchor tenants include: Carrefour, Rossmann, CCC, Kolporter and Tiimari. Situated only 48 km from the Belarus border, Galeria Podlaska will also be the nearest shopping destination for people visiting Poland from Belarus.
