Quintain has been granted outline planning permission for its 1m sq ft Birmingham City Park Gate regeneration scheme.

The scheme, which forms part of Birmingham’s Eastside regeneration scheme, comprises 844 flats, more than 300,000 sq ft of offices, 99,000 sq ft of retail and a 150,700 sq ft hotel.

The development includes buildings as tall as 84m high and is around 23-storeys.

The permission from Birmingham City Council follows the completion of its S111 and S106 legal agreements. Savills advised Quintain.
