Quintain wins planning consent

Quintain has won outline planning consent for its 1m sq ft Birmingham City Park Gate scheme, which will comprise 844 flats, 300,000 sq ft of offices, 99,000 sq ft of retail and a 150,700 sq ft hotel. Savills advised Quintain.
