Property company Quorum has sold an office building at Rosevale Business Park in Newcastle-under-Lyme to Bennett Architectural Solutions.
The Cheshire-based company sold the 23,793 sq ft unit 3 for an undisclosed sum. It is located on the A34 and the A500 leading to junction 16 of the M6.
Bennett Architectural Solutions designs, makes and installs bespoke glazed facades to the UK construction sector. It will relocate from its existing premises in Tunstall.
