RDI REIT’s share price rose 2.42% on Thursday to 29.55p after revealing it had refinanced its £275m debt facility with Barclays, RBS and HSBC and extended the duration of the facility for five years.
NewRiver REIT saw its share price fall 0.4% over the day to 29.55p despite a steady Q3 2018 where occupation remained at 95.5%. The retail company has also diversified its portfolio with pubs now accounting for 22% of its total investments.
