Reading rent record

In a new record rent for Reading, Robert Half has taken 3,200 sq ft of office space at Prupim’s Apex Plaza in Reading at £25.50/sq ft on a 10-year lease with nine months rent free. Campbell Gordon and Colliers CRE advised Prupim.
