Record Bristol letting for Sterling House at Aztec West

Sterling House Estates has completed a duo of lettings at its 140 Aztec West office building in north Bristol to fill out the building at a new record rate for office space outside of the city centre.

Global logistics company Agility has taken the 6,006 sq ft south building at 140 Aztec West, while housebuilder Keepmoat Homes has taken the 5,982 sq ft north building, both on five-year leases at £22.50/sq ft.
