Record Channel Islands sale for Dandara

Dandara is closing in on the largest ever commercial property transaction in the Channel Islands.

The developer has agreed a deal to sell Gaspe House in Jersey’s capital St Helier for around £90m, easily beating the previous record of £61m set by Riverside Capital with the sale of Trafalgar Court in Guernsey to Stenprop in March 2015.
