Record Thames Valley office deal among flurry of Frasers lettings

Frasers Property UK has completed a quartet of deals across its UK business park portfolio, including the largest office letting in Thames Valley this year to Vyaire Medical at Chineham Park.

Respiratory care specialists Vyaire have signed for a 10-year lease on 49,255 sq ft at the recently refurbished Chineham Gate within Basingstoke business park for just over £1m pa.
