Record year for Glasgow office market fuelled by international investors

International investors pumped £300m into Glasgow’s office market last year as the city recorded its busiest 12 months for investment since the financial crash.

A new report from JLL said a total of £461m was spent across 23 office deals of more than £10m in 2017, Glasgow’s highest volume for investment deals since 2006 when a total of £367m was spent.
