Redevco has been granted planning permission for the redevelopment of 120 Moorgate in the City of London
The 156,520 sq ft scheme, designed by Allies & Morrison, will comprise 104,000 sq ft of offices and 32,000 sq ft of retail.
It will be Redevco’s first development in the City and is at the junction of Moorgate and South Place.
GVA Grimley has been retained as planning adviser to Redevco.
