Redrow buys Kent site for £49m housing scheme

Housing giant Redrow has acquired a 10-acre site in Strood in Kent with plans to develop 130 homes as part as part of a £49m scheme.

The new site is next to Redrow’s Home Temple wharf development on the River Medway overlooking Rochester.
