Regional land values spiral as London suffers


Land values in major regional cities have seen strong growth as developers chase opportunities tied to house price growth, according to Savills.

Growth has been particularly strong in key cities across the Midlands and Scotland. Birmingham has seen prices of some city centre sites double in the last year, the company said.
