Regional office take-up up 26% on last year

UK regional office take-up in the first half of 2018 totalled 3.6m sq ft, a figure 11% above the five-year average according to CBRE.

Data showed that occupational activity in the regions was also 26% higher than during the same period in 2017, when it reached 2.8m sq ft.
