Regional REIT grows portfolio by 4.5%

Regional REIT has revealed 4.5% an annual like-for-like increase in its portfolio value to £718.4m at the end of December.

Over 2018 the company made a £23.1m gain on disposals and completed property acquisitions totalling £73.3m and disposals of £152.5m.
