Regional REIT makes Merrion Way sale to Unite Students

Regional REIT has exchanged on a deal to sell a development site in Leeds on a subject-to-planning basis to Unite Students for £12.2m.

The site, located on Merrion Way in the city centre, is close to both the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University. The site was originally acquired by Regional REIT in 2016 as part of the Wing Portfolio alongside the adjacent Arena Point office development for £10.5m.
