REITs see shares rise on results

Warehouse REIT’s shares climbed 0.3% to 97.69p on Monday after the industrial focused firm reported a rise in EPRA net asset value (NAV) per share from 102.1p to 105.7p in its interim results.

 Fellow REIT McKay Securities saw its shares rise 0.78% to 259p off the back of its half year results. The South East investor saw NAV rise 1.2% over the six months to the end of September.
