REM appoints Hankinson to lead on resi

Real Estate Management (REM) has appointed George Hankinson as its new head of residential to lead on the growth of its portfolio which includes Shard Place.

Hankinson will oversee the residential assets across REM’s £450m portfolio including the new residential building currently under construction next to The Shard. Alongside this, REM also has built up significant assets under management in London since 2012 including The Shard, The News Building, Park House in North Mayfair and 48 Pall Mall in St James’s.
