Resi high-rises face prosecution if they fail to register with regulator

Legal experts have warned that those responsible for the 12,500 high-risk residential properties in England face “major legal responsibilities and technical assessments” after the Health & Safety Executive issued a six-month deadline to register with the Building Safety Regulator (BSR).
