Resi regeneration green light for landmark Yorkshire Post site

Grainger former Yorkshire Post site

YP Real Estate has confirmed it is set to start work on the first phase of its long-planned redevelopment of the former Yorkshire Post site in Leeds.

The first of four phases at the 4.6 acre site will comprise 242 apartments within an 18-storey block overlooking the River Aire, forward sold in full to Grainger. Work will commence on phase one in October, four years after the site was cleared in 2014, and the tiered tower is due for completion in early 2021.
