YP Real Estate has confirmed it is set to start work on the first phase of its long-planned redevelopment of the former Yorkshire Post site in Leeds.
The first of four phases at the 4.6 acre site will comprise 242 apartments within an 18-storey block overlooking the River Aire, forward sold in full to Grainger.
