Resolution has completed the purchase of the Junction Fund’s Great Western Retail Park in Glasgow for £58.5m.

The sale brings The Junction Fund's property disposals within the last 12 months, including bulky goods schemes in Worcester and Wembley, to a total of £180m.

Resolution has been on a rapid acquisition drive buying properties over the past four months for its £2.7bn fund – the Resolution III fund.

The fund was launched to invest in UK property and has already spent more than £250m. Its first purchase for the fund was the £100m Printworks leisure scheme in Manchester.
