Kames Capital and Columbia Threadneedle have both changed the pricing of their property funds for retail investors in the wake of redemptions.
Both the Kames Property Income Fund and the Threadneedle UK Property Authorized Investment Trust have switched from ‘offer’ to ‘bid’ pricing, effectively wiping about 6% off the value of the two funds.
