Revised plans for Croydon Gateway

It submitted a revised planning application to Croydon Council this week that revealed details of how a the Warehouse Theatre company could be incorporated into the scheme.

The Warehouse Theatre had been one of the detractors of Arrowcroft’s scheme in the past.

The revised application also envisages the eastern boundary wall of the development is moved westwards slightly so that an additional platform and track can be accommodated at East Croydon Station. The entrance to the station will also be widened to fit with Network Rail’s masterplan proposals and improvements to the provision of affordable housing and parking.
