Robert Fleming Insurance Broking has confirmed it will take more than 40,000 sq ft at 20 Gracechurch Street.

The deal revealed by Property Week last month (13.03.09) is one of the biggest deals of the year in the Square Mile.

Robert Fleming has agreed to take the entire fourth floor and part of the third floor at the 315,000 sq ft refurbishment, and is believed to be paying £42.50/sq ft.

20 Gracechurch Street is jointly owned by Aviva Investors and Atlas Capital Group.
