Roebuck completes Scottish office acquisition for more than £133m

Roebuck Asset Management alongside Hyandai Asset Management has completed the acquisition of Aegon’s UK HQ, 1-3 Lochside Crescent in Edinburgh for £133.25m – Scotland’s largest commercial property deal of the year.
