Rok Developments and Arlington Property Investors have completed Bristol's largest-ever out-of-town letting to WS Atkins
The engineering group has signed a 17-year lease on a 100,000 sq ft (9,290 sq m) prelet at the 2.2m sq ft (204,000 sq m) Aztec West Business Park office scheme at £22.50/sq ft (£242.19/sq m). The building is expected to reach completion before 2009.
WS Atkins had previously sought 60,000 sq ft (5,574 sq m) in two buildings. It will consolidate from seven smaller buildings at the park.
