Rok Development has got the go ahead for a £60m office scheme at Wilmslow Office Park, in Cheshire.

The project will create 220,000 sq ft of office space on a 34 care site close to M56 and Manchester Airport.

Rok is developing the scheme with RBS and planning approval from Macclesfield Borough Council was received today for the 34 acre site.

The first phase is planned to be completed by next summer.

The site includes Stamford Lodge, the former home of brewer Henry Boddington, which will be refurbished as part of the scheme.
