David Keir and Jason Dalby set up the Birmngham-based company five years ago to develop warehouses and distribution centres across the Midlands and southern England. They, along with three other managers, are set to make about £105m from the sale to the Australian investor.
HBOS, which backed them with 50% of the equity and has since provided about £125m of debt, will also make about £105m.
