Signa Holding has sold two Medicent properties in Austria for €58m (£39m) to Rubicon Asset Management for its Rubicon Europe Trust at a yield of 6.4%.

The properties, totalling 167,270 sq ft (15,540 sq m), are private health care centres with integrated fitness clubs situated in central locations in Innsbruck and Salzburg. Both properties are managed by M’Management - one of Austria’s biggest operators of private health centres – and are almost fully let with around 17.5 years remaining on the leases.
