Russia’s Gaz bank tops £115/sq ft

Russian bank Gazprombank has taken 4,655 sq ft of Prupim’s Washington House on 40 Conduit Street in London’s Mayfair at £108/sq ft for the 3,457 sq ft fifth floor and £115/sq ft for the 1,198 sq ft sixth floor, both on 10-year leases.
