SA discounter looks to Miller for Co-op dividend

It is understood that Pepkor – a majority shareholder in Poundstretcher’s parent company Brown & Jackson, which also owns the discount chain What Everyone Wants – was the underbidder on the portfolio and is still keen to grab a slice of the action.
