London Dock

The Mayor of London has launched a £500m fund to encourage property developers and owners across the capital to install energy efficiency measures in their buildings.

The move from Sadiq Khan comes as part of his bid for London to become a “zero-carbon” city by 2050. Technologies eligible to receive a share of the funding include battery storage facilities, electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure and low-carbon data centres which will be applied to a range of new and existing builds.
