Safeway centre sells for £8.6m

Chester Properties has sold the Hersham Centre in Surrey for £8.6m. The 54,555 sq ft (5,058 sq m) property, anchored by Safeway, has been bought by Aureus Supermarkets. The deal reflects an initial yield of 7.3%. Lewis & Partners advised the vendor; FPDSavills acted for the purchaser. ...
